Arnold, our Firm’s senior tax attorney, died in 1999 at the age of 64. He left behind at the Firm his wife, Vicki.

In his distinguished career, Mr. Magasinn was a Certified Tax Specialist, was Past President of both the American and California Associations of Attorneys-Certified Public Accountants, and the Beverly Hills Estate Counselors Forum. He authored numerous articles on legal, tax and related financial matters.

He was loved and respected by his many clients. A few of the philosophical notes always close by his desk read, "The three great essentials of happiness are something to do, someone to love, and something to hope for."

"We all end up at the same place; we get there differently."

"Stop, enjoy, listen, smell the roses."
