Parking Instructions
- Be sure to enter the parking garage marked 200-300 Corporate Pointe, not the 400 parking garage.
- Take the parking elevator to the 4th Floor, and come straight out across the Courtyard to our building.
- Handicap Parking can be found on Levels 1 and 6, near the elevators.
- Please note that we do not validate parking.
- There is some limited meter parking across the street on Hannum Avenue.
Driving Directions to Our Office

We recommend entrance to parking off Hannum Avenue rather than Slauson Avenue.
Driving 405 South from Westwood, Downtown, or the SF Valley
Transition to the SLAUSON Avenue Exit, which is the 90 Marina Freeway East (South of the 10 Freeway and North of LAX).
At the end of the 90 Marina Freeway, turn RIGHT onto SLAUSON Avenue.
For SLAUSON Avenue entrance:
Continue East on SLAUSON.
Turn RIGHT into the 3RD DRIVEWAY after BRISTOL Parkway (Look for driveway sign that says THE COURTYARD: 200-300 CORPORATE POINTE.
Enter the parking garage marked THE COURTYARD: 200-300 CORPORATE POINTE (not 400).
Walk back through the entrance, cross the street into the courtyard, and enter BUILDING 300 on the LEFT.
For HANNUM Avenue entrance:
Turn RIGHT on BRISTOL Parkway.
Turn LEFT on HANNUM Avenue.
After passing a few buildings and a stop light, turn LEFT at the sign for THE COURTYARD: 200-300 CORPORATE POINTE to enter the parking garage.
Walk back through the entrance, cross the street into the courtyard, and enter BUILDING 300 on the LEFT.
At the end of the 90 Marina Freeway, turn RIGHT onto SLAUSON Avenue.
For SLAUSON Avenue entrance:
Continue East on SLAUSON.

Driving from Marina del Rey
90 Marina Freeway, traveling East to the end.
Turn RIGHT on SLAUSON Avenue.
Follow the directions above to use the SLAUSON or HANNUM entrances.
Walk back through the entrance, cross the street into the courtyard, and enter BUILDING 300 on the LEFT.
Turn RIGHT on SLAUSON Avenue.
Follow the directions above to use the SLAUSON or HANNUM entrances.
Walk back through the entrance, cross the street into the courtyard, and enter BUILDING 300 on the LEFT.
Driving 405 North from South Bay, Long Beach, or Orange County
PASS LAX and LA TIJERA BLVD.
EXIT on SEPULVEDA/SLAUSON BLVD and MERGE onto SEPULVEDA.
Turn RIGHT on SLAUSON Avenue.
Follow the directions above to use the SLAUSON or HANNUM entrances.
Walk back through the entrance, cross the street into the courtyard, and enter BUILDING 300 on the LEFT.
EXIT on SEPULVEDA/SLAUSON BLVD and MERGE onto SEPULVEDA.
Turn RIGHT on SLAUSON Avenue.
Follow the directions above to use the SLAUSON or HANNUM entrances.
Walk back through the entrance, cross the street into the courtyard, and enter BUILDING 300 on the LEFT.
Driving from Mid-Wilshire
Travel SOUTH on LA CIENEGA Boulevard.
Turn RIGHT on SLAUSON Avenue.
Turn LEFT on BUCKINGHAM Parkway,
Turn RIGHT into the parking garage for THE COURTYARD: 200-300 CORPORATE POINTE.
Walk back through the entrance, cross the street into the courtyard, and enter BUILDING 300 on the LEFT.
Turn RIGHT on SLAUSON Avenue.
Turn LEFT on BUCKINGHAM Parkway,
Turn RIGHT into the parking garage for THE COURTYARD: 200-300 CORPORATE POINTE.
Walk back through the entrance, cross the street into the courtyard, and enter BUILDING 300 on the LEFT.
Driving from West Los Angeles
Drive SOUTH on OVERLAND Avenue, which becomes PLAYA.
Turn LEFT on HANNUM Avenue.
